Valien joined Healthy Alliance because she wants to be part of an organization that gives assistance to underserved populations, and she wants to be a voice for those in need and serve our community. Prior to working at Healthy Alliance, she spent 12 years working in the substance abuse field at New Choices Recovery Center. Valien is married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, visiting new states, and spending time with friends and family.
