Nancy Dauley

Quality Specialist

Nancy joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that integrating quality into our health care system is critical in improving the health of our community members. Nancy strives to be the best version of herself and looks for opportunities to support those around her. For the last 11 years, Nancy worked as the quality lead for a large behavioral health organization. Nancy’s earlier years were spent supporting individuals to navigate the complexities of community-based services through her work in residential treatment, foster care, and care management. She has her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in quality and risk management in health care. As her Capstone, she developed a website that provides free resources to help community members improve quality and reduce risks related to their health, social, and emotional needs and societal factors. As the Quality Performance Specialist, she monitors and evaluates Healthy Alliance’s network measures to improve efficiency and growth, drawing on her experience in health care quality improvement. Nancy enjoys painting, mini golf, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family, friends and her fur babies.
