Michele joined Healthy Alliance because of her continued desire to support community members through a team-based approach to care coordination and support services. She strives to foster independence and self-management, reduce redundancy in services, and create a more seamless approach and equal access to all needs – while minimizing the burden of navigating the complex system of health and social care. As a Registered Nurse and Health Care Leader serving the community for over 30 years, Michele has spent much of her career providing a holistic, client-centered approach to health. She understands that placing the individuals’ needs first is essential in meeting the challenges our communities face daily. In her free time, Michele enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, reading, golfing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
