Linda joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that the community is full of innovative ideas to improve health and Healthy Alliance is a catalyst to make real change. In her role as Manager of Business Process Management, Linda loves applying her strategic, execution, and relationship building skills to collaboratively establish and maintain efficient scalable workflows. Prior to joining Healthy Alliance, Linda worked in a Medicaid and Medicare Managed Care setting for over 10 years as an executive and consultant, with her primary focus being enhancing patient center care models that allow individuals to remain safe and healthy in their homes. Linda grew up in the Western NY snow belt region, but her husband and she have called Albany their “hometown” for over 25 years.
