Jennifer joined Healthy Alliance because she’s passionate about breaking down silos across systems of care and helping organizations promote equity from within. Jennifer is recognized as a subject matter expert in child welfare and is a race equity champion. She strives to apply strategies that emphasize the relevance of varying cultural contexts and experiences within all fields of service. With over a decade of experience in the field of learning design and development, Jennifer is dedicated to creating innovative learning opportunities that are intelligently designed and easy to digest. She’s committed to helping organizations thrive by cultivating environments that encourage open dialogues and courageous conversations that drive systemic change and promote the achievement of impactful and sustainable outcomes in every community. An Upstate New York native, Jennifer enjoys food and wine tasting, music trivia, historical documentaries, and true crime podcasts outside of work. She is an avid football fan, supporting both the Dallas Cowboys and the Cleveland Browns.
