Jennifer Rice

Senior Director, Program Design and Implementation

Jennifer joined Healthy Alliance because she believes in the importance of developing solutions to help individuals address basic needs and eliminate barriers to accessing mental and physical health services. She is excited about the opportunity of working for an organization devoted to fostering collaboration between community-based organizations, managed care companies, health care providers, and government entities to address these issues. Jennifer has a master’s degree in social work and more than 20 years of experience in managed care, developing and delivering behavioral health and Medicaid programs. Jennifer is an avid cook and baker who also enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, hiking, traveling, and attending hockey games.
