Janelle joined Healthy Alliance because she feels strongly about improving health and empowering the underserved. With more than 20 years of experience in the Capital Region, Janelle has built a successful career in leadership roles across program development, population health, and behavioral health. She has honed her skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning, consistently driving innovative solutions to meet community health needs. Dedicated to fostering and sustaining impactful partnerships, Janelle excels in improving health service delivery and addressing the needs of those she serves. Most recently, she served as the Regional Director of Community Health Connections Health Home, where she supported a network of 18 care management agencies across the Capital Region and Central New York. When she’s not at work, Janelle enjoys making memories with those she loves.
