Erica joined Healthy Alliance because she whole heartedly believes that all individuals should have the opportunity to be as healthy as possible, regardless of where they live, learn, work, and play. As the CEO of Healthy Alliance and its affiliates, Erica leads the organization with their north star always in mind: improve the health of communities and individuals, especially those who are marginalized and vulnerable. Before joining Healthy Alliance, Erica led operations for a boutique management consulting firm in Albany that was acquired by EXL Services in New York City. As part of EXL, she became Vice President and leader of health care and operations for the digital transformation consulting team. In her role, she led a global team supporting multiple clients across various geographies while also working directly with C-suite clients to design and realize their digital transformation strategy. Erica has a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology & Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Biology from Vanderbilt University.
