As the CEO of Whitney Young, Shippee oversees all aspects of the nonprofit organization, which specializes in providing quality primary and preventive health care services in Albany and Troy. Shippee has been CEO for Chase Brexton Health Services Inc. in Baltimore since 1991. He is credited with growing the organization from a single-site free-clinic model to a regional community health center with four locations across Central Maryland with a $48 million annual budget.
