Jennifer joined Healthy Alliance because she is committed to ensuring that every individual has access to happiness, health, security, and love in their life. With nearly 30 years of experience in the social services and health care fields, her career began in direct care where she developed a strong foundation in understanding individual needs. Most recently, she focused on Medicaid transportation, helping Medicaid recipients access vital health care services. Jennifer’s discovered her passion for quality assurance and compliance early in her career. She believes that delivering services with dignity and respect is paramount, and that adhering to laws and regulations should naturally follow when services are provided with excellence. As a compliance and quality professional, she has dedicated her career to ensuring that individuals receive the quality care they deserve while minimizing risks associated with overpayment and sanctions. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time on her deck, birdwatching, reading, making jewelry, and cheering for her favorite sports teams. She cherishes moments with family, friends, and her beloved pets.
