Joe joined Healthy Alliance because he enjoys contributing to a team that supports the health and happiness of families and communities. With over 25 years of financial management experience across non-profit, profit, and Air Force sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. Prior to Healthy Alliance, Joe led finance teams in lifespan and social services — managing funding from various agencies including OPWDD, OMH, SED, OCFS, DSS, Consumer Directed, Clinical services, Care Management, Health Home and Community-Based services, and Training and Employment services — where he gained expertise in revenue cycle and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting and has also received extensive operations and leadership training during his time in the Air Force, where he held a secret clearance.
